Registration

Cost for registration for participation in all 4 days general conference sessions, including conference kit, abstract book, coffee/tea and box lunches per person are as follows

• $300.00 medical/allied professionals

• $120.00 traditional healers

• $100.00 students

How to Register

Completed Registration Form accompanying a non-refundable deposit in the amount equivalent to 100% of the above registration fee per person must reach Africa First LLC directly not later than June 30, 2006 to secure reservation. Payments can be made by credit cards, checks, money orders or certified checks. All payments must be completed no later than June 30, 2006. Local taxes and processing fees on credit cards are applicable.
