A non-refundable deposit of $650.00 is required to process registration for participants from Europe, United States and Canada. Registration for students, HIV positives and African and third world participants is $300.00 per person. Please fill in the relevant application form and return with with payment to us by mail not later than July 31, 2004.

Please fill out any one of the following forms and submit to us:

Form (1) for participants from Europe, United States and Canada

Form (2) for participants from Africa and third world countries

It will be helpful if you will follow up with an email to alert us about your registration submission.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Because we want the full participation of all the citizens of the world, especially HIV+ positives and delegates from third world countries in the conference, we are offering fabulous discounted registration fee of $300.00 per person to these categories of participants.
