□ Cost
per person for participation in all the 4 days conference
sessions, including conference kit, abstract book, coffee/tea
and lunch daily is $400.00. Registration fee is non-refundable.

□ Cost per person for a
round trip air-ticket from major US airports to Accra on
Delta Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is $2,250.00.
(Price is subject to change). The month of August is usually a
peak period in travel so early bookings are recommended.

□ Cost per person for
eight (8) nights - two (2) at Fiesta Royale Hotel or similar in
Accra and six (6) at Coconut Grove or Elmina Beach Resort, Cape
Coast with round trip daily transfers, daily buffet breakfast
and dinner is $1,400.00 on room sharing basis. This includes
participation in Emancipation Day celebration on Sunday, August
1, 2010

□ Cost for per person six
(6) days group scientific, historical and cultural field trips
with lectures, including ground transportation, hotel
accommodation at Miklin Hotel in Kumasi and Rexco Hotel in Tepa
with daily breakfast, lunch and dinners and round daily
transfers on double occupancy is $1,200.00.

Completed Registration Form accompanying a non-refundable
registration fee in the aggregate amount stated above per
person together must reach Africa First, LLC 517 Asbury
Street #11, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55104 USA not later than
April 15, 2010 to secure registration. Payment of any
balance outstanding for ALL services is due in full on or
before June 15, 2010.
