EXHIBITION

The Conference provides an excellent opportunity for hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, practitioners, producers and vendors of medicinal products, literature, journals, equipment and supplies to exhibit their products.

Because of limited space, few exhibition booths are available with the dimension of 3m x 3m for hire at the price of $400.00 per booth for 4 days beginning from Monday, August 2, 2010 through Thursday, August 5, 2010.

Interested parties must register no later than April 15, 2010 to secure space.

Each booth will have:

1 Table

2 Chairs

2 Shelves

2 Spotlights

1 Power point

1 Waste Paper Basket

Company name written on fascia

Move-In is on Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 2 pm

Move-Out is on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 6 pm

Registrations must be completed no later than April 15, 2010. Local taxes and processing fees on credit cards are applicable.

Payment must be made by certified checks or money orders drawn in favor of Africa First LLC.
