Specially
pre-arranged round trip air package for participants traveling from
the United States via New York JFK International Airport on North
American Airlines, British
Airways or KLM is available at the price of $1,650.00 per person to
include airport transfers with assistance. (Price may change). This
price does not cover conference registration or hotel accommodation.

Visa
requirements:
A valid single or mutiple entry visa is
required to enter Ghana. Visa
application fee for Ghana is $50.00 for single entry.

Ghana Missions and Embassies abroad. For more information, log on to

Health:
4 to 6 weeks before departure, each member of
the group should check with his/her primary health care provider to
get vaccinated against Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A, Malaria and
typhoid.
A valid
international yellow fever vaccination certificate is required as
proof of vaccination within the past three years; and sometimes,
when there is a cholera outbreak, a cholera shot is also required.
You are also advised to consult your doctor well in advance of your
visit so that you may begin the usual malaria treatment.
