EXHIBITION

The Conference provides an excellent opportunity for hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, practitioners, producers and vendors of medical literature, journals, medicinal products and equipment to exhibit their products.

Because of limited space, few exhibition booths are available with the dimension of 3m x 3m for hire at the price of $1,000.00 for overseas participants and $500.00 for local participants per booth for five days beginning from Monday, March 10, 2008 through Friday, March 14, 2008. Interested parties must register no later than February 28, 2008 to secure space.

Each booth will have:

 

                           1 Table

                           2 Chairs

                           2 Shelves

        2 Spotlights

        1 Power point

        1 Waste Paper Basket

        Company name written on fascia

Move-In is on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at 2 pm

Move-Out is on Friday, March 14, 2008 at 6 pm

Payment must be made by credit cards, certified checks or money orders drawn in favor of Africa First LLC. Registrations must be completed no later than February 28, 2008. Local taxes and processing fees on credit cards are applicable.
